To make a modification to the configuration of envelopes after their publication, you need to make an amendment to the tender announcement phase. Once the amendment has been saved, the tender returns to "Editing" status and any element of the digital envelope configuration can be modified. Businesses will see the new settings when they access the tool once it's republished.
In the case of changes to documents or templates , companies that have activated a bid for that tender will receive a notice and will see the changes introduced in the bid preparation and submission space .
If the modification to be made consists of adding or removing an envelope and/or a lot once the tender has been published , the file must be canceled with the reason "Advertisement published by error" and a new file must be published with a code of different file and new publication in the tender announcement phase with the new configuration.
The configuration of trustees and custodians can be done at any time from the "Manage the electronic tender" tab. Likewise, the opening dates of the Digital Envelope can be modified from the same tab, until all the envelopes are opened. In the latter case, the tool will publish an automatic amendment to the hiring profile.
