The envelope opening tool has a utility that allows a comparison of fingerprints between the document submitted in physical support by the company and the document that it uploaded at the time of submission of the offer. This utility unequivocally reports if the file presented on physical media is exactly the same as the one that indicated that it would go up in the offer and that due to various technical issues this file could not be recovered.

To use the fingerprint comparison tool, follow these steps:

  1. Access the envelope opening tool of the affected file (must be the custodian or member of the board).
  2. In the opening tool, access the envelope where the document to be analyzed is located.
  3. Once the envelope has been opened, in the table of documents that make up the offer of the affected company, click on the icon of the two crossed arrows (see image) that is located in the action column of the desired document.

  1. Once you have accessed the tool, you will find a window with the file of the system with its fingerprint and a space to upload the file with which you want to compare.

  1. Once the file is uploaded, the system will automatically indicate if the fingerprints match.
