The Sobre Digital tool allows the presentation of the offer in two phases as provided for in LCSP 9/2017. In this way, the company can close the offer by selecting the documents that make it up but sending them later. This resource contained in the Law is known as the 24-hour resource. It can only be used if there are less than 24 hours left before the end of the term and once the summary is signed the company has 24 hours to finish uploading the remaining documents using the offer preparation link.
The tool notifies the bidder at the time of closing the offer that there are no documents to send.
